Day Forty-three - 6 Oct 08

Thought we could last for the whole morning without any sleep with our movie marathon, but all of us slept at 4am instead.
And yes, after 42 days, we are really excited to be back to S'pore!
Our stuff is like wooh and mine did exceed 20kg which is a no-no, but majority of us had our luggage overload too.
Our last time in the Wuhan airport where we have to take a hour plane to GuangZhou airport.
And guess what, together the 21 of us, we had exceed all our luggages of a total of 122 kg, which that we have to pay RMB13 for 1 kg. Madness isn't it, so this tells you how many things we've bought.
All of us was pissed and tired after the super long transit from GuangZhou airport, and seriously, they were so inefficient and we have different orders and instructions given that all of us were worn-out.
Nevertheless, after 12 hours of the whole journey, we are finally back to where we've suppose to be.
SINGAPORE!
Changi airport, the familiar buildings and faces, we were really excited about it!
And I guess/hope this will not be the last time that Team D took pictures together!TA-DAH! We are finally b-a-c-k.

Day Forty-two - 5 Oct 08

Waken up at 8am and the 3 of us changed and prepared hurriedly because there's a farewll/graduation for us.
And when everything's okay, we are informed by Sam that it was cancelled. Mr Puah had waited the people since morning but no one came.
Disappointed and was rather angry 'cause we thought there's party for us and we've dressed up already, nevertheless, this is not the first time that they have been last minute.
There's a morning when they said we have to prepare and to interact with the logistics students over here.
But end up they only need a few of us only.
It's okay since the early birds us instead of heading back to sleep, we went for the Mac breakfast. Similar taste as compared with S'pore. (:
This is us, from room 223 (the guys who live just opposite us) and Karen from 222.
:D
Look at all our dyed hairs. Well, except Chin Xiang.
Happened to bump into those ECE guys on the way back to bunk after our breakfast. And they took quite a number of pictures as to keep in memories.
That we sat on the floor and as if we are watching some free shows acted by them.
Mr Puah and them.

As usual, had our afternoon nap and off we went to the Walmart just for the chewing gums.
That we happened to see the Red tea and the rock climbing that Weiling misses the most.Met up with Karen and the ECE guys at 步行街 and we had filling and yummy last dinner in Wuhan.
They are really a bunch of funny and nice guys.

The last night we are going to spend in Wuhan, in 步行街...
Capture the pic, and may the beautiful memories kept inside us always.
(:

Had my luggage finally packed and credits goes to Sam! Thanks for helping me to squeeze and stuff all my things into the luggage if not I don't know how will I leave Wuhan with all my things!
:D

We have confidence in our future.
United, determined and well-prepared, we have what it takes to build a bright future for ourselves, and to progress together as one nation.
For myself, I think we are really well-prepared, in terms of everything I can say. Singapore is much more prosperous, much more united as compared to Wuhan since we are really a small country yet at the same time doing well.
Studies always come first for the students back in S'pore, no degree means nothing. The old ones always tell us "your happiest moment is only when you are studying."
But we work and study well because all of us want to have a good future and nothing more.
(:

To my best roomies ever: Thanks for the everything you two have done for me, in terms of washing clothes, tolerating my nonsense and super irritating singing and stuff.
But what I wanna say is that for the past 42 days, I'm really really x100 glad to have you two as my roomies, you two light up my life in Wuhan (and I mean it!)
Will miss the times we had together, and I LOVE YOU TWO MUCH!
:D
224 is missed tooooooo!

Day Forty-one - 4 Oct 08

广埠屯 (guan bu tun) and 步行街 for today, and I'm seriously broke.
Nothing usual just that we had our window shopping and back with some stuff.
It's a rainy day that the road are super dirty. Luckily that I wore shoes but those who didn't, they had their toes as if they've been posioned.
We had the 面包车 as our transport for the whole day (sort of like maxi cab from S'pore) since the driver is a (already) friend of Benji. 6 people per ride and first he drove us to 广埠屯 then back and fro from 步行街 back to hostel.
He's a nice guy, and Benji went to eat dinner with him while the 5 of us went shopping.
Packed my luggage and it's definitely overload.
