28 Sept 08
Woke up late and thus the 5 of us (Yu Ting, Wei Ling, Steffi, Karen and I) took the bus to the 汉正街 which we were squeeze like sardine fishes and Wuhan people can really S-Q-E-E-Z-E.
Finally after 1+ hours we reached 汉正街 as we've waited for the bus for more than 45mins.
Nothing much over there unless you want to buy things in bulk as that is the so-called "wholesales".
And Weiling and I finally tried their melon at the roadside! Taste sweet, thumbs up.
Since there wasn't much things to buy, the 5 of us walked to 步行街 which was just two stops away from 汉正街.
But we spent more than 2 hours to walk there as in the middle there were so much things for us that we stop and go, stop and go.
Steffi and Karen with the socks.
Shopping can really help us to lose weight since we walked till it's dinner time and we settled in Macs as we are really hungry.
Yes, continued to shopped and walked and this time with Julian while the church peeps went back first since they woke up early in the morning.
Every shopping centres they have this, which is to prevent snow from going inside the mall. The weather is freezing!
步行街's adidas with Weiling!
See what Julian spot.
I thought no one carrys this way now. But it's no kick for this uncle! :D
This is the real night market of 步行街. Their stuff are real cheap.
But mishap happened. After 2 times false alarm of losing the wallet, Weiling lost her wallet in this night market. Was pickpocket by some random people we believe while we are choosing the watches.
Felt kinda guilty as I was right beside her yet I did not watch-out for her.
*Weiling! 小XXX love you! CHEER UP!
:D
29 Sept.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADELENE!
:D
As previous, at midnight 12+ we knocked on her room door and surprise her!
May she enjoys it!
:D
Small cake bought by the both of them just to smash her with it.
And the 10 of us shared the soft cow she's holding for her 18th birthday!
And here's the crazy Benji and Amirah.
:D
5. We must ourselves defend Singapore.
We are proud to defend Singapore ourselves, no one else is responsible for our security and well-being.
We are proud of being born to be a Singaporean, nevertheless we should be in-charge for our own safety and stuff.
Back in Singapore, we have our family and close friends to take great care of us, prevent us from getting any mishap. But right here for exactly 6 weeks, without our beloved parents, our dearest siblings, our close ones, we have no one but ourself.
Precisely we have to take care of ourselves, restrict ourselves from doing illegal things, to protect ourselves and belongings, whereas there's always voices back in S'pore to love and care for us.
Indeed, I'm real proud to be a Singaporean.
